When your kittens comes to live with you. It will have received it's first booster vaccine by my Vet. at 10 weeks old.
Kittens will or can be adopted no earlier than 14 weeks of age or older ,,and this will also depends upon factors of health, personality,
shyness, maturity.
A three way vaccine against these Respiratory Diseases.................
Panleukopenia ,Calicivirus , Rhinotracheitis ,
Your kitten will need another booster from your Vet about 4 weeks later after he or she arrives home.
Your kitten will have a record of Vaccines from the Vet
Two doses of deworm medicine ( heart , pin, and hook )will be given by me, and checked for any parasites
A going away gift will be given to you, and a Health guarantee ( Read below)

Rabie , FelV , FIP or FIV vaccines will not be given
The kitten will receive a checkup by my Professional Vet. which includes checking heart rate ,temperature ,respiratory problems, weight,
eyes , nose and any other visible and internal problems by my Vet
Also I will send home with you a Royal Canin kitten package of kitten food and a gift.
and a twelve month genetic health guarantee from the breeder ( Me ) please read more below .

At this moment there is no successful vaccine against other killer diseases such as F I P or F I V and will not be given any.
FeLV or Leukemia vaccine is up to the new owner.

Health Guarantee

You will be required to read and sign a written contract..for your protection and mine

These kittens will have received a genetic health guarantee and contract for 12 months. such as ( non cosmetic, eg faults like Cleft palette, renal failure)
Kittens must be taken by the new owner to have a full examination done by a Professional Vet. with in five working consecutive days to qualify for this guarantee.
Purchaser will have the full amount paid back, or be given a replacement kitten when one is available to fit the circumstances ,if and only when the
kitten has been diagnosed as having a genetic fault found by a professional Vet ,
the new owners will be told and be made aware of any...
This breed has very few faults and make great pets

Also

A full purchase price will be paid back within five business days from purchase, if the kitten sold , is taken and examined by a professional Vet .
and proven sick as a direct result from breeders home and is returned to breeder within five days, with the Vets' professional diagnose and proof.

After five days up to four months of age only,, not after four months, if the kitten is sick as a direct result of breeders home only and returned with proof
from Vet, then only the deposit will be returned and the kitten returned to breeder.

If kitten stays with new owner.........
The kittens health will be taken care of you and the professionals' Vet advise acted upon, The breeder will help pay portion of the Vet bill BUT will not
to exceed the DEPOSIT

No refunds on deposits , if you do not purchase kitten

I do not give any money back or financial help for the Virus' F.I.P.
or FEL V or F.I.V. ,but will help and give advise to assist in any way I can.
Kitten will not be sold with any knowledge of kitten having Fel V or FIP, or FIV

If you allow the kitten or cat outdoors, this will VOID the health guarantee

Neutering
If kitten is not neutered before sale, or at time of sale, then neutering is to be done by professional Vet. and the fee is the new owners sole responsibility.
If new owner wishes for the neutering to be done before sale, the cost will be added to the sale price of kitten.
Female kittens are to spayed at six months of age, males at 10 months of age.
I will send the owner a green slip to be filled out, to obtain his or her registration.

All kittens will be assessed by the breeder as to the quality of kitten, eg. pet, breeder or show

Please take care of these babies, These babies are precious, and are treated with alot of respect and love.
I do not take breeding these cats, nor the care of them lightly. I took a great deal of care to bring them into the world, and they mean so much to me,
and their health and well being is taken so seriously

Pet quality:       $550.00       a few standard faults
Breeder Quality: $650.00       one or two standard faults
Show Quality :   $750.00       one or none standard faluts
Solid Chestnut : $600.00
